To clarify, we are referring to the installation of clips (A.K.A. fasteners) into componentry. In most cases the clips allow the component to then securely snap into a secondary component either permanently or temporarily.

We have done many projects involving the installation of clips/fasteners into automotive components and have proven our ability to make custom clip installation tools as well as implement third party tools into our custom machinery.

We are very particular about our custom clip installation tools. They need to be very consistent in clip positioning, allow very easy loading for the machines operator, and be strong enough to endure the test of time and abuse.

For situations requiring minimal operator attention, we can offer bowl fed automation or other types of clip loading automation depending on the specifics of your clips and how they are prepared before reaching the machine.
