Hot Stamping is an industrial printing process most popularly known for it’s metallic print on items such as ribbons, plastic packaging, and holograms on credit cards. Hot stamping works by pressing a heated metal die against a foil ribbon, and against the part that is printed on. Applications include Plastics, paper, leather, vinyl, wood, and textiles (such as ribbons and banners). Hot Stamping is both economical, extremely durable, and adds a great deal of value to your product. Other uses for our machines include; Heat Staking (Rubber, Plastics etc.), Part insertion (metal into plastic), Die Cutting (Vinyl, Paper etc.) and Heat sealing/Packaging.

Our standard product line includes both a 1.5 and 2.5 ton machine. In their standard configuration, they are actuated with a two-hand anti-tie down system for safe operation. The options for safety systems range from the basic two-hand system to fully enclosed systems with interlocked doors and Light Curtains. Both of these machines can easily be fitted with automation devices such as linear tables, rotary tables, or any other custom feed system to meet your needs.
